About Harris
Harris Painting in his room
Harris Maguire has been creating art since he could hold a crayon. At the age of 8 he set up his own art store in his front yard only to sell out in one day. He won best artist at his elementary school while only in the 3rd grade. His art has been highlighted in his hometown's local paper. With help from his parents and his older brother, Harris is kicking off his career as an artist at the tender age of twelve. Proceeds from his website sales go directly towards Harris's college education.

He specializes in watercolor paintings and mixed media. He takes inspiration from Vincent van Gogh, Claude Monet and from all the art books his family keeps around his home in Massachusetts.

This piece is part of a koi fish series. The entire series was sold at an art show in the fall of 2023.
